1. We confirm our telephone conversation this morning and are pleased to enclose our official order form for your cotton.
2. As supplies of the item are becoming difficult to obtain, we have no alternative but to decline your order.
3.As you have failed to deliver within the specified time, we have to cancel our order.
1. Please deliver the under-mentioned goods as per your quotations and samples sent to us on June 10.

3. We thank you for your order of Sept. 9 for then Kitchen Cabinets. We have these cabinets in stock and are ready to ship promptly.

5. As we are badly in need of PVC, please arrange early shipment and advise us telegraphically of the name of steamer, quantity and date of sailing immediately after loging.

7. As to destination, we regret to advise that Oslo is unacceptable as direct sailings from our port to that city are few and far between.

11. As we are unable to promise delivery before the end of September, we feel we must return your order, with our apologies and best thanks.
12. We have a waiting list of several hundred for these ladies’ umbrellas and can give no guarantee of delivery this month.
13. We place this order on the clear understanding that the consignment is dispatched in time to reach us by 31st May, and reserve the right to cancel it and refuse delivery after this date.
14. The recent exceptional demand of our MP3 makes it impossible to promise delivery of any further orders before November 30.
