上教留学（上海上教留学国际交流有限公司）直属于上海教育国际交流协会，是经国家教育部、公安部和工商管理局首批认定的具有合法资格的自费出国留学中介服务机构。在上海教育系统中，上教留学是沪上最早专业从事自费出国留学咨询、签证指导的服务机构之一。
上教留学始终坚持“以教育为本”的咨询理念，本着诚信的原则，长期注重对员工的各种素质培养。拥有丰富的国际教育交流经验和众多教育专家、留学博士、高级咨询顾问现场为欲出国留学的学生及其家长提供全面的留学咨询、签证指导。 “客观”、“全面”、“真实”地提供出国留学相关信息，耐心、细致地提供具有专业水准的留学咨询和签证指导，不以任何方式伪造和传播有关客户个人的资料、信息”是上教留学一贯倡导和遵循的核心服务准则。
